This is the stationary set (letterhead, envelope and business card) I created for a family friend's business iBuild Robots, which teaches middle school aged kids about robotics. I definitely wanted the logo to be a robot but I struggled to come up with something unique but the idea of having an illuminated lightbulb on the robot's head was one that stuck with me throughout the design process. After many, many very complicated and stereotypical robots I decided to simplify it as much as possible and that is how I ended up with something both my client and I liked.
