This is a landing page I created for the Henderson, NV branch of F45, a fitness center focused on functional strength, circuit training and group exercise. They are due to open in the fall of 2017 and began a promotional campaign in preparation. Leads will be redirected to this page after clicking an ad on Facebook. Here they will get information about the gym and be encouraged to signup for the free 2 week pass. Once filling out the form they will be sent to the thank you page pictured at the bottom.
